Q&A

  • What inspired you to become an Ambassador for Project Happiness?
  • In 2007, I travelled with two of my students from Nigeria with Project Happiness to India. That journey became the turning point, the defining moment, and the inspiration and motivation for what is now Creative Minds International Academy, and for most of what I do currently.
  • What is your favorite part about being an Ambassador?
  • My favorite part about being a Project Happiness Ambassador is the privilege to work with, and support young people find their paths. I am so excited by the opportunity to explore the meaning of Happiness together with young people, in school and out of school environments, and in the context of our discoveries and learnings, work together to add value and positive transform and improve our communities.
  • What are some of your passions outside of Project Happiness?
  • I am very passionate about Youth and Peacebuilding. My passion for peace is rooted in deeply personal experiences- my life’s journey. I am inspired by the 21st century young men and women who hope against hope and struggle to rise above social limitations and challenges to live decent lives and contribute to social change processes.
  • What is one way that you cultivate happiness in your own life?
  • One way I have consistently tried to cultivate happiness in my own life is through service. I find so much joy, happiness and fulfillment in serving and helping others, especially young people find their paths and dreams.
